Slow Uploading Files

Boa tarde, o formulario abaixo quando preenchido vem com até 20 arquivos, entre fotos e videos.

Na hora de enviar, estou tendo alguns problemas, e fica aparecendo a mensagem "por favor, aguarde...".

Isso é um problema recorrente para quando se envia uma quantidade maior de arquivos?

Teria alguma melhoria que posso fazer no meu formulario para que não ocorra isso?
