When trying to enter a payment method, the page is failing to let me enter the information.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'll do my best to help you. I've checked out the screenshot you shared with us. Can you try again after clearing your Google Chrome's caches? If the issue persists, you can try different web browser or incognito mode and make the payment. You can check in Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge browser. If you are using VPN, then you should try by turning it off.
