    Quería quitar la tarjeta actual de pago ya que por el momento no estaré usando la plataforma

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are currently busy assisting other Jotform users. However, I'd be happy to help you in English using Google Translate and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. If you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know, and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you'll have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account and see that you are already set to downgrade to the Starter (Free) Plan. This make sure that you will not be invoiced again next year. The card information will remain on your account until July 19,2024, but when it is downgraded, it will be deleted automatically.

    Please note that we cannot delete the card while there is an ongoing subscription.
