Boa tarde!
Atenciosamente,
Ana Luiza

Hi Ana,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Portuguese Support agents are currently busy assisting other Jotform users. However, I'd be happy to help you in English using Google Translate and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. If you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know, and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you'll have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I cloned your form to test it, and I easily replicated the issue. There is an easy fix for this; we just need to delete the existing widget and drag a new Configurable List widget onto your form. Let me show you how:
- On your Form Builder, click Add Form Elements.
- On the Widgets tab, select Configurable List.
- Drag and drop the widget on your form and paste your options in the field configurations from the General tab of the Widget Settings.
That's it! Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Ana,
I cloned and checked your form and these are the fields shown:
It seems that the missing fields are now showing when viewing your Configurable List widget. Can you refresh the page and check it again? I also cleared your form cache as a precaution.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Ana,
If you want to show one record to be filled into your Configurable List, you need to put a value of 1 in the Minimal rows number. It is easy. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click the Wand icon.
- Scroll down and look for the Minimal rows number and set it to 1.
You can also do this on your second configurable list. You can also check my cloned form as a reference.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Worked like magic, thank you :D
May I ask you some more questions, please? All conected with this question 12
1) Is it possible to limit the number of characters in a field?
2) Is it possible to have only "3 collums" with fields, instead of 4?3) When the field must be filled with a number, is it possible to restrict it to positive numbers?
Kind regards,
Ana Luiza

Hi Ana,
Here are the answers of your questions.
- No, it is not possible to limit the number of characters in a field.
- Yes, it is possible with the CSS code to insert the 3 columns with the fields.
- Yes, it is possible to restrict the number field with the positive number. Let me show you how:
Step - Can be a floating number (with decimal)
Min- Can be a floating or negative number
Max- Can be a floating or negative number in your case, min should be 0.
You can omit the maximum value. Default stepping is 1.
Here is my demo form, you can check it out.
Let us know how it goes.

Hi Gaud!
Thank you for your answer!
I was able to restrict the number field with the positive number.
I was not able to understand how I can change, with the CSS code, from 4 to 3 columns in this question 12 (i think in this way, people will be able to read and respond it better). Can you please help?
Kind regards,
Ana Luiza
