Payment Providers for Store

    I have created a store, but my payment provider is not listed as an option. How can I edit the "Submit Order" button so that it takes the customer to our payment provider? Bonus points if I can refer to the "total price" in the link address so that it updates it automatically!

    Hi Shannon,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The only method to collect payments using Jotform Apps is to link your app to one of our payment processor integrations. If your payment provider is not listed. The workaround is to use a standard form rather than a Jotform app, and send your users to your payment URL after submitting the form. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, go to Settings at the top.
    2. Select Thank You Page on the left.
    3. Select Redirect to an external link after submission.
    4. Enter the URL of your landing page.
