We have our website through squarespace and we were not receiving emails through the above from people who were making applications online and we received this message from squarespace.......... can you help me understand?

Thank you for reaching out to Squarespace.

While it seems like you have a contact form (that has not received submissions since January 2024), I believe your Application under the "Apply Now" page is actually embedded from Jotform and not a Form Block within the platform. Therefore, the submissions from the form will be sent to whichever email was noted under JotForm. For further assistance with that form, I would suggest reaching out to JotForm support for additional assistance:

    Hi Lester,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked your website, the form 231606106203239, which is embedded into your website, was indeed created using Jotform. Keep in mind that all submission email notifications will be sent to the email address m****er@spr*********west.ca.

If you want to change where the email notifications should go, you can log in to your Jotform account using the email address k9****23@g****.com. If you are having trouble logging in, let me walk you through how to reset your password:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.

    2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.

    3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

    4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.

    5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.

Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.

Now, let me show you how you can update the email address listed in the Recipient Email of your Notification Email:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings from the top bar menu, and click on Emails from the left panel menu.
    2. Next, hover your mouse over the Notification Email, and click on the Pen icon.
    3. Then, go to the Recipient's tab, and update the email address in the Recipient Email.
    4. Finally, click on Save.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
