Removing an email from the bounced List

Hi JotForm Team,

I am not given the option to remove an email from the bounce list after I have verified that they are indeed on the list. Please see the screenshot. You will notice that this person is on the list but I am not given the option to remove them.

Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it. After checking I confirmed that the email you've provided is in the bounce list. I've removed that email address from the bounce list. It should be good to go moving forward. To prevent the issue from happening again, you need to add noreply@formresponse.com and noreply@jotform.com to your contact list. Also add Jotform domain and IP addresses to your whitelist, you can find the list here.

Thank you! I have a list of other emails as well that need to be removed. Am I able to remove them myself as issues arise?

Unfortunately, you can't remove other emails from the bounce list. The email that you can only remove is your account email. If this issue arises in the future or there's an email that needs to be removed, you can reply to this thread or you can create a forum thread from the Contact Us page. We’ll be happy to help.

I have removed the email address wallside17@yahoo.com from the bounce list. To avoid this issue, here is a guide on how to prevent email bouncing. You could also whitelist our IP addresses to avoid emails being blocked due to any security filter, this guide will help you with that.
