Move my form to another account

I need to move this form from spaq78 to spaqffg- https://form.jotform.com/241765517824160

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As requested, I've moved your form to the account associated with spaqffg.

Note that if you created custom URLs for your forms, the custom URL will not be retained, as the form will already be associated with a different username. You'll then have to create a new custom URL for them.
