Greetings,
On some of our VHCB AmeriCorps Reimbursement Form 2024 submissions, the value of the mileage reimbursement changes between the form view on the jotform page and the downloaded PDF version.
For example, 28. Marek Zajac Updated at May 31, 2024 form shows 51.59 on the form view on jotform, but on the downloaded reimbursement form pdf it shows $51. Further, the correct calculation should have the value showing as $52.13 (or .67 x time mileage listed).
The widget is set to multiply the mileage by .67, but the total is not showing up correctly.
32. Sofie Carlson Updated at May 31, 2024 form shows the same problem.
Anything you can do to help figure this out?

Hi VHCB,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form to test it out and my Mileage Reimbursement is 52.13 when I set my Total Mileage to 77.8. Here's a screenshot of the Tables page:
You also mentioned that the downloaded PDF data is not accurate. The PDF in the notification email I received shows the correct data. Here's a screenshot:
When I checked the PDF Editor, it had multiple PDFs. Can you tell us which PDF you're referring to that does not have the correct data when downloaded?
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

The Reimbursement Form PDF, or the second one on your toolbar in the images provided. Let me know if that changes anything..

Hi VHCB,
When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
It appears that the calculation did not recognize the decimal number in the table. I tested your form with the same value as Sofie and Marek, and I can no longer recreate the issue. I've also cleared your forms cache. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Regarding the submissions with incorrect calculations, can you try resubmitting the forms to check if the values remain the same? Let me show you how:- In Jotform Tables, open the entry’s menu on the left.
- Select Edit Entry.
Please also uncheck the option to send an email when a submission is updated before resubmitting the form to avoid sending emails to recipients.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
