Hi Michael,
Can you try deleting your current autoresponder email and re-add it to refresh your autoresponder email? This normally fixes issues. It's easy, let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Now, click on Emails in the left panel.
- Next, hover your mouse to the Autoresponder Email and click on the Trash Bin Icon.
- Finally, click on Delete Button on the pop-up window.
That's it. To recreate the Autoresponder email:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Now, click on Add an Email.
- Then, select Autoresponder Email.
- Customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.
That's it. As a precaution, I have cleared your form's cache to refresh your form. This normally fixes temporary issues.
