Form submitters didn't receive emails after form submissions.

    Also, many people are complaining that this form didn’t send them an email after submission. I am sure this is a bug. Please solve this problem. It’s very important to send them the email automatically after submitting the form.

    Hi Michael,

    Can you try deleting your current autoresponder email and re-add it to refresh your autoresponder email? This normally fixes issues. It's easy, let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Now, click on Emails in the left panel.
    3. Next, hover your mouse to the Autoresponder Email and click on the Trash Bin Icon.

    That's it. To recreate the Autoresponder email:

    1. IForm Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    3. Now, click on Add an Email.
    4. Then, select Autoresponder Email.
    5. Customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.

    That's it. As a precaution, I have cleared your form's cache to refresh your form. This normally fixes temporary issues.
