How do I cancel membership from another user of our company?

    I have a previous employee that had a membership with Jotforms and they are no longer with St. Paul's but the charges continue through their credit card. I have inactivated their card but need to have this membership cancelled.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you please provide the email address/username of the account for us to cancel the subscription for another user, we need to verify these details:

     Please confirm the details below for us to cancel the subscription:

    • Name on the card
    • The last charge amount and date
    • The last four digits of the card
    • The expiration date of the card

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
