Hi cricketsports,
You can send notification email to the collected email address on the form, by setting up the Change Email Recipient condition. Let me show you how to do this:
First, let's copy the unique name of the email field where the notification will be sent.
- In the Form Builder, click on the Gear icon of the Email field where the notification email will be sent.
- From the Advanced tab, click Field Details and copy the Unique Name.
Next, let's set up the condition:
- In the Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Select Conditions from the left side window, and choose Change Email Recipient.
- Set up the condition like the screenshot below. For the "IF" statement, select a field that will trigger the notification email to be sent. In the "Email" field, paste the Unique Name that you copied. Don't forget that this should be inside { }/brackets.
- Click on the Save button at the bottom of the page once done.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

So, your suggestion works in a way. It sends separate emails to each address. However, we need one email that goes to mutliple addresses. Is there a way to do that?
I tried putting multiple addresses {repEmail}{additionalEmail} in the email field but that resulted in no emails being sent.Any ideas?

I figured it out. If I put the email fields in with a comma between them, it sends the one that includes all addresses. Example: {repEmail},{additionalEmail}
Thanks for your help!

Hi cricketsports,
You can send the email when the submission is done in the collected email address in the form by changing the Recipient Email in the Autoresponder Email of your form. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click Setting on the orange navigation bar.
- On the left side menu select Emails.
- Hover over your mouse to the Pen icon of the Autoresponder Email.
- Go to Recipient tab and click the Dropdown Arrow of the Recipient Email and select Email field of your form.
- Then, click Save.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
