Edit this submisison button is missing from the notification email

    Good afternoon,

    Typically when we receive shipping request forms, we can edit the form with updated information and it is returned to the requester with an attached label, tracking, cost etc.

    Currently when the forms are received there is not an link at the bottom.

    Below is image of what we used to receive.

    Hi InterMed,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'll do my best to help you. I've checked out the screenshot you shared with us. You can delete the current notification email and add the new one, this will resolve an issue. Let me walk you through the steps:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

    3. On the right side of the Notification field, click on the Trash Can icon, and delete the existing Notification Email.

    Now that we've removed the old Notification Email, we'll just add a new one. Let's do it: 

    1. While you're still under the Emails tab on the left side of the page in Form Builder, click on Add Email.

    2. Next, select Notification Email.

    3. Click on the Recipients tab and enter your email address in the Recipient Email field.

    4. Now, just click on Save and you're done.

    Here is a guide on how to set up notification. When I cloned and tested your Shipping Request Form I could not replicate an issue. Let me share the screenshots of the notification email where edit submission button is available.

    Thank you, I ran a test and the link has now appeared again in my inbox but did not appear for one of my employees that's also has access to the same inbox.
