My forms keep showing at quota, but in my account usage area I haven't maxed out anything.

Hi JoEllen,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and see that your account status is overlimit but your account usage is still within the limit. I've gone ahead and reactivated your account.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you.

Hi JoEllen_jorie,
Thanks for using Jotform. When that happens, you receive more submissions beyond your current plan. You can delete and purge the form submissions with file uploads to free up your upload space. Doing that is easy. Let me show you how:
To delete a specific submission:
- In your Jotform Tables, just open the entry’s menu in the first column.
- Click Move to Trash.
To delete multiple entries:
- You just need to choose the entries using the checkboxes in the first column.
- Then select Delete in the upper-right corner.
- Click Move to Trash once a pop-up message displays.
To delete filtered entries:
- Click Filter next to the search field.
- Configure and apply your filters in the dialog. Please see How to Filter Entries in Jotform Tables for more details.
- Select the entries to delete from the results. Check our guide on Deleting Multiple Entries.
Now, to permanently delete trashed submissions:
- Open the main tab’s menu in the upper-left corner.
- Click Trashed entries.
- In the Trash panel, choose the entries to delete.
- Click Delete Forever and confirm.
We also have a guide on Deleting Form Submissions Automatically and Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits that you can check out.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
