    Hello good morning. I’m having trouble getting into my account. an account was created for me through my organization Mobile health a couple days ago I was able to login and now I am unable to login again and when I send a request for to change the password I never receive it is there someone that can please help me

    Hi Sal,

    Thank you for your patience. I checked your server and didn't see any password reset emails. Are you making sure to use your server specific login page https://mobilehealth.jotform.com/login? I triggered a password reset email there and it's showing in the logs that it has been sent.

    Give this a try and let us know if you're still experiencing difficulty logging in.
