Issues with email responses

    Good Morning,

    I need someone to contact me please. We are having an issue with a certain email getting the responses for our jotforms to their personal email that is not associated with the account.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you share more details about the issue with the email? If applicable, it'll help if you can provide the URL of the form you're working on, the email address in question, and share a screenshot of the issue. Let me show you how to share images with us:

    1.  Click the View this thread button on the email you'll receive for this/my reply.Issues with email responses Image 1 Screenshot 40
    2.  Click on the Add Image icon on the toolbar in the Your Answer section.Issues with email responses Image 2 Screenshot 51
    3.  Paste a link to an image or upload a screenshot from your computer.

    5.  Click the Post Answer button to send your reply.
