Duplicate submissions received.

    Each submission is coming through twice, automatically, even though the submitter only filling out the form once.

    Hi Jason,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

    I checked your Jotform Tables, and could confirm that there are submissions that have duplicates. I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches. If the issue continues to happen, I suggest enabling the Unique Submission feature on your form based on either their IP address and cookies, or their email address. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top part of the page.
    2. Under Form Settings, click on Show More Options.
    3. Scroll down to see the Unique Submission dropdown, and select Check cookies and IP address.
    4. If you want to limit one submission per email address, select the email field from the Unique Field dropdown.
