How to send the Autoresponder Email to two recipients?

On our form we ask the user to submit two email addresses. We would like the autoresponse to go to both. Is there a way to do that?

    Hello cricketsports,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's not currently possible to add more than one recipient on one Autoresponder Email, but you can clone the existing Autoresponder Email and use the Additional Email field as the recipient of that clone. Let me walk you through how to do it:

    1. Go to the Settings tab of the Form Builder.
    2. Open the Emails page from the left panel.
    3. Hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Email.
    4. Click on the Clone icon. How to send the Autoresponder Email to two recipients? Image 1 Screenshot 40
    5. Hover your mouse over the clone Autoresponder Email.

    7. Go to the Recipients tab.
    8. Select Additional Email from the Recipient Email dropdown.

Give it a try, and let us know you have any other questions.

Thanks for the prompt reply. So, two autoresponses, not a bad idea but we're hoping to just send one email to both addresses so both parties know the other also received it.

    So, next question...

Is it possible to send the notification emails to email addresses collect on the form, or can those only be sent to the static, predetermined ones?

Hope that makes sense. Thanks again!!
