How to embed Jotform onto my website?

Hello!

I am trying to integrate my jotform onto my website, which is built on BookingKoala.

I have both the embed & source code from jotform; however, when I use the embed code (<script type="text/javascript" src=https://form.jotform.com/jsform/241667069519063></script>) nothing comes up, and when I use the source code, I do not have the ability to press the 'submit' button.

Please advise how I can successfully embed the form onto my website (https://shorelyclean.com/contact-us-google-1). Thank you!!

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so we can help you better? It would also help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

Thanks for using Jotform. I'm sorry you're having trouble embedding your form onto your website. You can use the embed code to iframe embed code instead as it is the most recommended embed option. I'll walk you through setting that up:

1. In Form Builder, click on Publish at the top.
2. Click on Embed on the left side of the page, then select iFrame.
   
   
3. Click on Copy Code and use the provided iframe code to embed your form into your website.
