    Buen día. Saludos

    Carlos Silva

    Hello carlosedsilva,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

The email notification about the approval status is an integral part of the approval process. If you don't want to have to approve/deny every single submission, you can disable the Approval Flow of your form. Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, click Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    • On the left menu, click Approval Flows.
    • Disable your Approval Flow by clicking the gear icon and then click Disable.

But keep in mind that when you disable this, you can no longer have the option to individually review and approve/deny submissions within the Jotform platform whether it has been accepted for your event. Submissions will be automatically accepted upon submission without requiring your action and all the submissions will be viewed in the Jotform Tables.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
