Hi melanischoolofdance,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To send an autoresponder email later than 30 days, you can add two hidden date picker fields and use conditional logic. Let me show you how to set it up:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Scroll down and add the two Date Picker fields.
- Right-click the Date picker fields and click on Hide.
4. Click on the Gear icon near the first Date Picker and under the Options tab, select the Current value as Default Date.
Now, let's set up the conditions:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Click on Conditions on the left of the page.
- Now, click on Add a New Condition and then click on Update/Calculate Field.
- Set the conditions like you see below:
Then, set the Send Email Later option in your Autoresponder Email and select the 44 days (calculated custom date) when the email would be sent.
You can find my clone form here. You can use this guide to clone my form, so you can see how I set it up.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
