Could not receive form submissions due to monthly submission limit

    Hi,


    I have purchased monthly Gold Plan few minutes back, but still I am not able to submit the form. Getting the same error. Request you to resolve the same.

    Hi Karan_Khanna,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and I see that you have reached your monthly limits for receiving submissions. This is why you are not able to receive submissions anymore for this month. You can wait for the reset that should happen on July 1.

    But I Purchased today Monthly Gold plan, when will this plan be activated.

    Hi Karan_Khanna,

    I checked your account and can confirm that your Gold plan has been activated in your account. But I noticed that you have already exceeded the monthly submissions limit as you reached 10,053 /10,000 submissions. Once you've reached the monthly submission limit, you will not be able to receive submissions anymore for the month. You will only continue to receive submissions once the limit is reset in the next month.

    I had purchase this plan to receive submission the forms of my organization. My all work has stop. Please give me solution to start receive & submission forms.

    Hi Karan_Khanna,

    If you want to continue receiving submissions with your forms, you can upgrade your account to Enterprise Plan. This plan has the unlimited number of submissions, forms, submission storage and a lit more once you upgrade your account. You can check our Pricing Page to learn more about its limits. If this is not fit with your needs, you can also increase your submission limits when you complete some tasks. Simply visit the Increase Limit page in your account and start checking the tasks you believe you can complete. You can also wait for your account limit to reset, so you don't need to upgrade or do some tasks anymore.
