My firm has been disabled and does not work.

Hi m282nick,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Upon checking, our system show that the Form Status was set to Disabled. Take a look at the screenshot below:
To access it again, you just need to Enable the form, doing that is easy. Let me show you how:
1. In My Forms page, click on the form in question, then click on the More dropdown.
2. Then click on Enable from the options.
Once done, you should be able to access the form again.
