Remove old website

Dear,

Many years ago we had a website created with your program called “marjatta.nl"

We do not use this site anymore but stil there are parts still active and also the e-mail for reservations.

Because i don’t have the info to acces the site anymore i have a request.

Please remove this old info because out new site has the same name and this causses often confusions.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to forms previously created? Do you have the link to the forms? If not, could you share with us the direct link of the embedded form in the webpage you have shared?

Hi Joop,

I took a look at your website and was able to find 2016 -01 form present on your website. Refer to below screenshot :

To let you know, we can only disable the form present on your website and the account in which the form is present.  To delete the complete website, you need to contact to your domain service provider. They'd be able to guide you on how you could delete your website.

Please confirm if you want the form present on your website to be disabled, so we can go ahead and do that for you.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
