    Hello Mohanad,

If I understood it correctly, you wanted to add the QR on the Autoresponder Email, so your submitters can see it on their autoresponder email? If so, yes, that is possible. Let me show you how:

First, you need a QR Widget added to your form so it can generate unique codes for each submission. Here's how to add it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element on the upper left side of the page.
    2. Under the Widgets tab, search for QR Widget.
    3. Add the widget by dragging and dropping it to your form.

Next is adding an autoresponder email. Let me show you how to set that up:

    1. IForm Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    3. Now, click on Add an Email.
    4. Then, select Autoresponder Email.
    5. Customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.

Make sure that the QR widget is on your Autoresponder Email Body:

    Hi Mohanad,

Can you please confirm if you want to generate a different QR Code aside from the QR Code attached in the Notification Email that is being sent to them after the submission and set it to the confirmation email sent to them once the admin confirms the form?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Hi Mohanad,

If I understand you correctly, you want to insert QR codes that were already generated in the Autoresponder Email, correct? Are the QR codes you created are with links in it? Can you share a screenshot of the QR codes that's on your Excel sheet sow e can check? This guide will show you how to do that.

If so, it is possible to include a QR code inside the email template by adding it manually through the source code. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab.

    2. Click on the Emails tab in the left, then hover your mouse to the Autoresponder Email and click on the Pencil Icon to Edit it.

    3. Under Email Content, click on the Icon for the Source Code option and Paste the code below:

    <img src="https://quickchart.io/chart?chs=150x150&amp;cht=qr&amp;chl=https://www.jotform.com&amp;choe=UTF-8" alt="Your unique QR code" width="150" height="150" />

    4. Once done, click on the Save button.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what you're trying to do on and how to help.
