    • Password protect an app: Just like a form can be password protected, let an app also have this provision.

    Hi havenchristianschools,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I moved your this request here in a new thread to avoid the confusion, as all the other requests aren't related to this request.

Will get back to you as soon as I respond to your other requests on your original thread.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we’re looking into this.

    Hi havenchristianschools,

Currently, it is not possible to enable password protection in Apps created using Jotform App feature. As the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll follow up on this thread and let you know.

At a moment, the only option is to set your Jotform app's access settings to Private so that only invited people can access it. Let me show you how you could do that :

    • Click on the Publish on the Purple navigation bar at the top of the page.
    • In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Quick Share.
    • Click on Gear (Setting) Icon, above the pencil symbol present beside the form link.
    • Select the Private Access Option.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
