How to add a button to mark a submission as returned? This is for Inventory purposes.

Is it possible to create a single form for inventory management that handles both Goods Out and Goods Return? Specifically, can we set it up so that when an item is marked as going out, we only need to check it off when it returns without having to fill in all the details again?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can add a field to the Tables of the form to mark the item as returned. Let me walk you through it:

1. On the Form Builder page, click the dropdown list beside the Jotform Logo on the left.

2. Select Tables from the options to open the form's submissions page.

3. On the Tables page, click the Add button along the column headers.

4. Under the Basic tab on the pop-up window, select the Single Choice option. Then, click the Next button.

5. Enter the column name and click the Next button.

6. Add the choices and then click the Add button.

7. Then, click the Create Column button to apply the changes.
