How to Add a Collaborator?

Now, let me help you with your question. You can Share Your Form With Collaborators. Let me show you how:

• Select Add Collaborators in the Form Builder's upper-right corner.
• Copy the collaboration link and distribute it to your team.

Active collaborators will be listed in the Form Builder. Members who do not have a Jotform account will appear as guests. A form element that is currently being worked on will be highlighted to show who is working on a particular item.
