Why my account is uspended?

Can you please share with us the email address, username, or the link to the form created from the account you're referring to so that we can assist you better and respond accordingly?

    I just created a new account and wanted to subscribe to the Bronze, however, when I typed the payment information, it told me that the account was suspended

    Hi Canjie,

    After checking, I noticed that your Jotform account was suspended due to a fraudulent credit card status. This means Jotform is trying to charge you for a subscription but your credit card keeps declining. Please contact your bank regarding this matter and get back to us once it's clear so that we can forward your concern to the relevant team to request the account reactivation.
