Lift HIPAA requirement on my form

    Hi Support Team,


    May i check if you are able to lift the HIPAA requirement for the below form as our client is currently using to garner registration?

    Hi Dominic,

    Thanks for reaching out to JotForm Support.  As I checked, your form is disabled as it's found collecting PHIs. If you are a HIPAA-covered entity, then you need to upgrade your account to Gold to enable HIPAA Compliance. However, if you believe that you're not a HIPAA Covered entity, then you can just go to your account's Data Page and select "No, I'm not a HIPAA-covered entity" in the dialogue box that will appear. Once done, your forms will be enabled automatically.
