How can I allow someone to add unlimited sections to my form?

I have a form which collects customer information eg ship-to address, and the form should allow my customer to unlimitedly add sections, because one customer might have multiple ship-to addresses.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use the Configurable List widget for this function. Here is an example:

You can change all the Field Configuration to text and change the sub labels too.

If your users would like to add more address fields, they can click on the Add More button:
