Hi Michael,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can manually insert the image into your autoresponder email by using the image URL. Let me walk you through:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Click on Emails on the left side of the screen.
- Hover over your autoresponder email and click on the pencil icon.
- In Email Contents, scroll down to your Campaign QR.
- Then, hover over the blue navigation bar and click on Insert Image.
- In Insert Image, click on Enter URL tab. Add your Image URL and click on Insert Image.
- Then click on Save.
Check out this screenshot of my test email:
Give it a try and let us know if this works for you.

Where do I get the image URL?
I tried to get a screenshot of what you are demonstrating
This does not work. Why not give me the whole URL? How about telling me how to find such a URL in future?
Do I need to delete some of the My images? How is that Done?
Please help

I saved the graphc to my own site to create a URL. That works but is clearly unacceptable for regular operation.
Please advise.

Hello Michael,
You did the right thing when you saved the image and uploaded it to your website to get the image URL. This is exactly what we did. We used our internal tool to upload your image and generate the image URL, which we then pasted into our cloned form to display it in the Autoresponder. Could you please clarify what you mean by "unacceptable for regular operation"? Is the image blurry?
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
