Hi Stuart,
Yes, you can use the Kiosk mode feature for this function. Let me show you how to set up the Kiosk Mode on your Jotform Mobile App:
1. In your Mobile App, click on a form you want to use in Kiosk Mode.
2. Select the Kiosk Mode on the menu.
3. In Kiosk Settings, make your changes and click on Launch Kiosk. That’s it!

As for inventory, it's possible to set a limit to your inventory by using the Product List or other widgets such as Gift Registry widget, Inventory widget, or Quantity Gift Registry widget.
Let me show you how to do that:
- Open your form in Form Builder and select the Product List field.
- Click on the List icon on the right side of the field.
- In the menu that opens up, hover your mouse over an item and click on the Pencil icon.
- Now, click on the Stock tab and here you can see the Available Stock.
Alternatively, using other widgets can also be done. Let me show you an example with the Inventory widget:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Under the Widgets tab, type Inventory in the Search Bar and add it to your form.
- In the Widget Settings window, enter a Description of the item and then set an appropriate quantity in the Available Quantity section. That's it.

Hi Stuart,
There is no limit on how many products you can add to the product list; however, if you add more than 100 products, it will increase the form page size, and will result in the form loading slowly.
