PRINTING TEMPLATES NOT WORKING

    I keep saving new drafts for my printing template but every time I saved it and apply it to a new submission, it reverts back. This is the worst system I have ever used in my life and I have been messing with this ALL DAY.


    I have changed the draft and re- saved another version more than 20 times at this point. ALL I WANT IS IT TO SAY:

    employer name - position title - how long have you been employed here - work phone


    JUST LIKE HOW IT IS BELOW IN THE SAME EXACT FORM FOR THE CO -APPLICANT SIDE. WHAT IS GOING ON????

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your Car Loan Application Form, and I'm unable to find the save draft on your submit button. Rest assured, we’ll find a solution for this. Can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
