I created a link to prepopulate specific fields should the user need to go back to the form and add another building. This way they don't have to reenter information.
Below the first screen shot shows the Thank You notification.
The following is the Link to Add a Building in Thank You notification.
However, it's not working properly. When I tested it, this is what the Thank You notification looks like after the form is submitted. And when I click on the link, it takes me back to the form, but none of the fields specified are prepopulated as desired. Not sure why the notification 'looks' like this instead of saying 'Add a Building', plus not sure why it's not prepopulating. Please advise.

I can see you are using Configurable Widget on the first form.
Unfortunately, it is not possible now to pass pre-filled data to Configurable List. The reason is that the widgets use their own frames, and they are on a page inside a page. You can prepopulate the values of standard (basic) fields.

Oh boy...I may need to change how I'm constructing this form. Thanks for the help.
