I'm hosting a gathering where everyone will bring food to share.
I need the person to be able to view how many people have signed up to bring an item so that they do not bring the same one. It needs to be updated with every submission.
I am using the dropdown for the category. And I am using the short answer for the specific item. I do not want to have too many sign ups in any one category, so I need the user to see the ongoing results before they sign up.
Is there a recommendation?
Thanks,
M

Hi Missy,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you create a report for your form, we can show that on your form using the iFrame embed widget. Let me show you how to do that:
- In Form Builder, click on the Quick Navigational button on the top left corner of the page and select Report Builder.
- Next, select the Blank Report Type and click Next.
- Now, click on the Form Fields tab, and select the field that you'd like to show on your report.
- Now, click on the Publish button, set it to Public and copy its link.
Now, we can go back to your form and embed the report in it. Let's do it:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Element button on the left.
- Under the Widgets tab, find and select iFrame embed.
- Next, enter your Report's link in the iFrame Embed properties and that's it.
We also have a guide on How to Create a Visual Report With Your Form Submissions that you can check out.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
