Unable to log in

    My log in for user name Tony@wpnorth.co.nz has stopped working. I have tried to reset password but no email arrives. Please can you help me

    I got the email and hopefully changed password but still get the error saying i am locked out. I need to get into my account ASAP please

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. The email address Tomy@wpnorth.co.nz and it is not associated to any account. Some ways I can help you move forward:

    1. Is there a different email address associated with your account? Either yours or for other users?
    2. Are there any elements (periods, underscores) that are missing from this formatting of this email?
    3. Do you have the URL link to a form that you have used? 
    4. -If you use a paid account, do you have any billing information where you can find the Account number? Or can you provide me with additional information associated with your billing, that might help us find your account information?

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    H5 T6ny,

    The email address Tony@wpnorth.co.nz is associated with a guest account. Guest accounts are created when someone is working on a form and does create an account first. Please take note that we only offer one time log in only for guest accounts. In this case you will not be receiving a password reset email. If you want to continue using the service, please sign up for an account here.

    In line with this if you are referring to a different account please provide us the email address so that we can check as to why you are having difficulties accessing the account.

    this is really confusing. I have a silver account fully paid for. Can we please resolve this

    Your account, Tony@wpnorth.co.nz, is now upgraded to Silver. This is a Yearly subscription plan which will charge you at the beginning of each term.

    Hi Tony,

    After checking, the form you provided is associated with the account: Tony_Walker. However, the account is associated with different email address now: j*t*o*m@w*n*r*h.c*.n*.

    If you recognize this email address, please try to login into the account. If you have forgotten the password, you can perform a password reset. It's easy to do this, let me show you how:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.

    2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.

    3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

    4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.

    5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.

    Your new password is now set and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.

    If you have forgotten your email address and would like to update your email address to Tony@wpnorth.co.nz, it's possible too. Please share with us the last four digits of the card you use to pay your subscription, to confirm your identity as the form owner.

    thank you - I am in the account now. I didnt realise changing the email address for the account changed the user log in details also
