Hi team, we keep getting the 'You've almost reached your limit' messages
We have the 10GB plan,
Our forms only contact text data and maybe 10 photos max average each formWe seem to getting the messages once we get past every 100 forms
100 x 10photos max x 3.5mB per photo = 3.5GB mayb 4GB with the text included?
We should be nowhere near that limit...

Hi Jordan,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and it is within the limit. I also refreshed your upload space usage and it is now at 1.74 GB only. It looks like you deleted and purged the submission with files.
Please note that your upload space usage is the total size of all the files that your respondents uploaded to your form. So, if you think the usage is getting high, you can limit the file size that your users can upload. Here's how to do it:
- Click on the Gear icon next to the File Upload field.
- Go to the Options tab.
- Toggle on the Limit File Size button.
- Set the maximum file size you can accept.
Let us know if there's anything else we can help.

Hi Jordan,
If the file being uploaded is more than the maximum file size allowed, it will not be accepted. Jotform upload fields do not post-process uploaded files and are only saved as is.
Let us know if you have any questions.
