Survey distribution and price query

    Hi

    Can I create a survey and distribute it via a QR code? I would like to print a small card with a QR code that links to the online survey.

    Also, what is my best price option for a single survey running over approximately 6 months with roughly 1000 responses.

    Hi Peter,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, that is possible. You can create Survey forms at Jotform. We have a number of useful tools and Templates Customized for Surveys. We also have some Getting Started with Jotform guides to help you.

    Once you've created your Survey form, you can share it using a QR code. Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Publish tab.
    • Then, click on Quick Share on the left side of the page.
    • Click on the QR Code button at the bottom of the Share Form section.
    • The window that opens up will have the QR code to share your form.
