    Hello

I have gone in and deleted some of the submissions, yet I am still getting emails warning me that I have almost reached my limit.

    1. Where can I see my current MB usage
    2. Will deleting submissions reduce my usage

    Thank you

    Hi Barr,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, deleting the submissions will reduce your account upload storage capacity. You can check the account usage in the usage section of the account settings. Please check the linked guide to learn more about the account usage and limits. I can see that you have used 70.99 MB out of the 100.00 MB allowed on your current Starter Plan(Free Plan).

The best option in this case is to upgrade your plan. You can check our pricing page to see the available plans and upgrade to the most suitable plan. Please check to see if the deleted submission are in the trashed entries. You can delete your deleted entries from the submission table. Let me show you how:

    • On the Jotform Tables page, under the Form tab, click on the Three Dots icon.
    • In the dropdown list, click on Trashed Entries.
    • In the window that comes up on the right side of the page, choose the Deleted Submission.
    • Click on Delete Forever and that's it.
