New submissions not showing up after upgrading the account

    My payment lapsed a few days, now made, 3 new submissions on SOSF APPOINTNENT REQYEST FIRN do not show

    Hi Karen,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account, and it seems to be in good condition. As for your plan, it still has enough space to receive new submissions for a Silver Plan. You can go to your account's Usage page to check the status of your account's usage and limits.

    Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? Are you receiving notifications that there were submissions made to your form, but not showing in Tables, or the other way around? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

    About the form, I can see that there was a submission made today. Have you checked the form's Tables to see if they're there? Are you also somehow talking about the number in a red circle indicator in the My Forms page?

    After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
