Enter key will submit incomplete form

I have read many support questions related to enter key submitting incomplete forms. I understand the concept of mandatory field setting. I'm using a table for a order form that has 10 lines and each line has options. So line 1 box 1 is mandatory but mid way through line 2 order we are hitting enter instead of tab which sends the order form.

If there a way to pause the submission with a confirmation step?

    Hi Christopher,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. When the Save and Continue Form feature is enabled on the account, once your respondents hit the enter key, it will submit the form. You can disable save and resume on the form and add an edit link in the autoresponder email that would allow users to edit their submission later on. Let me show you how:

    I. Disable Save and continue

    1. In Form Builder, on the orange navigation bar, click Settings.
    2. Go to Form Settings and click Show more options.
    3. Scroll down to save and continue later and select Disable from the dropdown.

II. Add an edit link to have respondents edit the submission later. It's easy, let's do it:

    • Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    • In the Settings menu, click on Emails and hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Email.
    • Click on the Pencil icon, and in the window that opens, click on the Form Fields dropdown menu and select Edit Link.
    • After adding the link, click on Save, and you're done.

After submitting the form, the submitters will get an email like the one below:
