How do I reactivate my account. My accountant I correctly disputed the charge and the bank has already moved forward with issuing me a new card. I would like to reactivate with a new card.

I just want to link a new credit card but I can’t if I can’t get into my account. Please reactivate my account so I can link a new card.

Hi Channy,
Please be informed that your Jotform account was suspended due to a fraudulent credit card status. This means Jotform is trying to charge you for a subscription but your credit card keeps declining. Please contact your bank regarding this matter and send a copy of the bank resolution to support@jotform.com with the subject Thread #16307311 once it is cleared.

i understand but again that card was closed because my accountant thought this was fraudulent charge because I forgot about the auto renewal. I just want to link a new credit card to my account. Why is this so difficult?
