I created a client survey in english and one of my coworkers mentioned many of her clients are Spanish and Chinese. I tried adding the languages via settings, but the actual translations are not working. What am I doing wrong.?

Hi Sunnie,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If the translations are not working, you will need to manually translate the fields in the Form Settings. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings from the top bar menu, and click on Show More Options.
- Then, click on the edit button in the Form Languages section.
- Hover your mouse over one of the languages that you added, and click on the Pencil icon.
- Next, enter the translation for that specific field. That's it. You can do the same to the other language that you added.
Reach out again if you need any other help.

Hi Sunnie,
The untranslated fields are the fields that you need to enter the translation of. In the screenshot that you shared, you are translating the form from English to Spanish. This means that you will need to enter the Spanish translation of the field in the text box. Check out this screencast below:
The screencast above is only up to the What is your age field, you will need to do the same thing I did to the first three fields for the rest of the untranslated fields.
