I want to know If I can use my Excel or PDF to create a form.

Can I use my own customized template (Excel or Adobe) and have data collected in Jot Forms fields drop into my template? The templates I find just seem to ask questions, but I don't see a final formatted document.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can convert your PDF to a Fillable form However for Excel it is not possible. You can check out this guide here. Check out the screencast below on what it looks like.
