Our Email System admins have let us know that were are unable to receive emails from Jot Form because of the below description:

The error message that populates for the message bouncing outlines a DMARC policy rejection, and their DMARC policy is set to reject mail that is not verified by their SPF record, as specified earlier in this thread. I have attached a screenshot of the error message to this email to provide confirmation that it is affected by a DMARC policy.

    Hi Cameron,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Currently, the only way to send emails using your email domain is by setting up an SMTP. Jotform does not have DMARC or SPF settings. The better solution would be to utilize an SMTP to send your emails. This way, it is ensured that the messages will pass the DMARC check.

The screenshot you are trying to share with us wasn't posted correctly to this thread for some reason. Can you send us some screenshots of what’s happening? This guide will show you how to do that.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
