Form heading is showing as the form's page title

    Hello,

    Whenever I create a new form, when I copy the link it only comes up with the heading of the original one. So the first form I ever created, when I go to publish, copy link, for all the new forms when it is pasted into an email, and changes into an image, the title of the original one comes up.

    Hi Amanda,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you talking about the form's heading being the page title whenever it's accessed to be filled out? Check out the sample screenshot below:

    If so, you can easily change that by updating the form's Page Title to show the correct one. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, select Settings from the orange navigation bar.
    2. From the Form Settings tab, scroll down and click on Show More Options.
    3. Scroll further down, go to the Page Title section, and update the title from there.

    Once done, the page title should be updated already, as shown on the screenshot below:
