Add SMS to My Opt-In Form

Hello,

I would like when someone enters their information into our form they will also receive a text message and or series of text message follow ups.

Please let me know how this can be achieved.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, Jotform doesn't have a direct integration with any SMS provider. But you can use Zapier to can connect your form with any SMS provider available to them. Twilio is also an SMS provider that can help you send SMS after submission. Note that these third-party services are not affiliated with Jotform and other costs may apply.

You can also use your user's phone number as the recipient email on the notification email. It will only be possible if their mobile network provider allows it. Follow the steps given below to use phone number as recipient email on Notification Email.

• Find your SMS email gateway on the list here.
• Then, construct your email address using the following format: number@serviceProvider.com.
• Replace the number with their mobile number. Here is an example: 2221234567@t-mobile.net.
• After this, simply set this email as your form notification email recipient. Please check our guide for changing the email recipient for notification emails.
