I have created a form and sent it to a couple people to test. They can fill out the form but it wont allow them to hit the send button to return it to me? Everyone I send it to, do they need to sign up and get an account with Jotform to be able to send it?

    Hi Brett,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. By default, the form can be shared without asking your users to create their own accounts. To make sure that your users won't be prompted to create their own account. Simply share the Form URL (with the Public access setting) on your preferred communication channel. You can also send your forms directly via email (with the Public access setting). Let me show you how to share it via email:

    1. In the Form Builder on the orange navigation bar, click on Publish.

    2. Go to Email Option on the left-hand side of the page.

    3. Select Share on Email.

    5. Go to the Recipients tab and enter the email addresses to where the form is heading.

    6. Click Send afterward.

Most of the time, users are asked to sign in to their Jotform account to fill out the form if the Form is Private. If you have also used the invite but email option, which would have the form assigned to your users.

I checked your form, and it looks like you need to add a submit button. Adding a Submit button to your form is easy. Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Build.
    • Click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    • Scroll down, and drag and drop a Submit button to your form.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
