I need assistance for charge to my credit card on 6/13/2024

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Based on our logs, your first and last payment was charged last October 31, 2023, and will renew on October 31, 2023. You can check the invoice here.

You can also check your invoice details in your account. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture, and click on Settings from the dropdown menu.
2. From the Account Settings, select Billing on the left side panel.
3. Scroll down a bit, and you'll be able to see the Invoices section. 
4. Click on the View button to see your invoice details.

However, please send us the following details so we can check it further:

• Type of Card :  
• The last 4 digits of the Card :
• Expiration Date :
• Date of last charge :
• Invoice number :
• Amount Charged:

After we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
